
Joe is a VMWare administrator and architect. He has helped design, install and implement the x86 virtualized environment using Dell R900s spread over fibre channel and iSCSI SANs.
Joe joined the Leonard-Mcdowell team in May of 2010 with over 25 plus years of experience working with IT infrastructure.
He has been a storage area network (SAN) administrator and architect. He has designed and implemented the storage and tape area networks
leveraging Brocade directors/switches and EMC DMX, Symmetrix, Celerra, Clariion and IBM/Netapp disk controllers. Upon recent re-architecture
of SAN, he also project managed the migration of the Brocade SAN and TAN over to Cisco directors leveraging VSAN technology.
