Mark is a senior in the undergraduate Entrepreneurship Program at Ball State University. He is currently working on his capstone business plan for a product that he created to reduce bike thefts on college campuses. Mark is on track to graduate in May of 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurial Management, and hopes to launch his business in the Fall.

Mike Hayden has decades of supporting and selling technology solutions throughout the Midwest. This has prepared Mike for the role of Business Development with Leonard-McDowell. Mike has held technical support, sales, and management positions with Honeywell HISI/CCD, DEC, Delco Remy, Prime Computer, Sun Microsystems and Moser Consulting.

Tom brings twenty years of experience in the Information Technology industry coupled with a sophisticated knowledge of products and services to Leonard-McDowell.

Ashley joined Leonard-McDowell as a part-time intern this year. She is a student at Anderson University majoring in Marketing and wanted to begin to gain real world experience to enhance her studies.

She has worked on many projects and is a great asset as she applies her formal education and growing work experience to each assignment.

Kristi Roth started as an intern for leonard-mcdowell in September of 2010. She is a senior at Marian University majoring in marketing. Kristi is a great asset as she applies her formal education and growing work experience to each assignment.  Kristi is pitcher for the Marian Knights softball team. In her internship with leonard-mcdowell she wants to apply her education to real-world experience to gain more marketing knowledge. Mallory joined Leonard-McDowell as a part-time intern this fall. She is a senior at Marian University, Indianapolis, where she is a Business Marketing major.  Mallory gained some valuable marketing experience in her first internship this summer and is looking forward to gaining even more with Leonard-McDowell.
