Last week a few members (Frank Leonard, Mike Hayden and Monica Payne) of my team at Leonard-McDowell and I attended the Innovation Showcase at Developer Town in the Broad Ripple area
Last month I attended my third Techpoint Thursday at the Faegre Baker and Daniels building in Northern Indy. As usual I met some good contacts in the IT business in the Indianapolis area. On top of the excellent networking, there was an engaging presentation by Tim Landgrave of Microsoft.
Time flew by this summer because I’ve had such a rewarding, meaningful internship with Frank Leonard ’86 at Leonard McDowell. Leonard McDowell sells innovative IT products like cyber security rulesets, virtualization, data storage, data backups, and document management to directors of IT and other technology leaders.

We recently closed a sale with MSD Wayne Township schools, a large school district in Indianapolis that includes Ben Davis High School. They were looking for an affordable storage solution with excellent support,
I finished up my first year at Wabash College last week, and now I’m jumping right into an internship with an Indy-based company, Leonard-McDowell (leonard-mcdowell.com), doing sales and marketing.
